Once your order has been placed, it will take 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. We ship out products Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

If you would like to make any changes to your order after the order has been placed, please email us at idscentscanada@gmail.com within the next 3 hours of placing your order to ensure that the required changes can be attained.

Once the order has been completed, changes can not be made.

ID Scents is not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages by the courier company.

Received the wrong item? Apologies! ID Scents will issue a refund, OR send the correct item if the item is still in stock.

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting IDScents.

Please make sure you emphasize your issue at the subject line when reaching out so that it is easy for us to attend to your needs and make sure the issue is resolved!

This happens due to an insufficient address.

IDScents is not responsible for returned shipments. To have your order re-sent, email IDScents - your FULL address, & Order Number! Please don't forget your house/apt/unit number. There is an additional shipping fee, we will email you a payment request! Manual Order Corrections take around 5-7 business days to resolve.

IDScents is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

IDScents has the right to refuse service and ban people from shopping with us.

IDScents is NOT responsible for any allergic reactions.

Please note that our Trending Collection on our site along with the Labeling are our own creations and in no circumstance should be mistaken for the actual designer brand. 

We don't represent our products to be from the original designer brands nor do we represent them to be exact copies and therefore we do not violate any copyright/trademark laws. 

Our Trending Versions are NOT to be confused with the Originals, and IDScents has NO affiliation with the Manufacturers/Designers mentioned.

Any referrals to branded and trademarked names are made purely for comparison purposes only. We ask the consumer to evaluate the cost, style, fragrance character, ingredients and quality of designer products to IDScents.
